Reasonable value, bright and functional rooms. Exceptional view and QUIET vibe. The staff was absolutely amazing and also were eager to help. Perfect beds, balcony, Wi-Fi and satellite TV were a nice touch. A kind of special service. Picturesque location - 5 mins walk from a bus station.

The location was best possible, plus the breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very hard working and host too. I asked for double room with balcony, Wi-Fi and terrace, it was convenient. Bathroom was luxury, and the bed was relaxing. A short walk to the sandy beach.

Fabulous rooms and location, I loved to be here. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The early check-in process too. Moreover, free parking nearby was appreciated. Thank you, I had very comfortable stay.

Generally everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless the bathroom was quite small. Its location was ideal down to the lake. A beautifully decorated hotel, we had an exceptional stay👍

Would recommend this property to all. Planned to see Bowness-on-Windermere major attractions and it was incredible base for visiting all of them.

It was worth its 3 stars. Superior double room is good sized and has central heating, a sitting area and ironing facilities. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.
